The Developers Program is a unified initiative that brings together our tools, APIs, documentation, and developer-only features into one place. Whether you build apps for Nova, extend your own products with Nova technologies, or want to help shape the roadmap of future developer tools like Nova Orion and Astro Developer, this program is designed for you.

Why We Built the Developers Program

Nova Suite began as a collection of productivity tools built to work seamlessly for everyday users. But as our platform has grown, so has the demand from developers, internal, external, indie, enterprise, to build on top of Nova.

We created the Developers Program to:

Give developers direct, official access to Nova Suite’s APIs and SDKs
Provide pre-release tooling, including experimental features and early builds
Offer developer-only resources, such as guides, technical docs, and code examples
Build a community around feedback, collaboration, and open innovation
Enable future integrations into Nova apps, Nova Search, Nova Central, and more
Give devs a single place to manage their Nova developer identity and credentials

Whether you’re extending your app’s authentication to support Nova ID, experimenting with an early Nova Orion build, or integrating Astro’s models into your product, this program brings everything together.

Developer Account Features

A developer-enabled Nova ID unlocks access to:

Nova APIs (Authentication, Filesystem, Models, Awake Analytics*)
NovaAI API Services
Nova Orion developer builds
Astro Developer tools
Debug logs, test environments, and performance dashboards
Early-access releases for select Nova Suite apps

*Awake Analytics access depends on your permission level and program status.

Early Access to New Platforms

Developers will be the first to experiment with technologies like:

Nova Orion, our IDE built for modern workflows
Nova Search Integrations (and SuperIndexing support), allowing apps to appear directly in Nova’s search layer
Nova Central Sync, for integrating cloud storage into third-party tools
