📝 Introducing Nova Docs v2.0

This update isn’t just a visual refresh. It’s a complete reimagining of how Docs feels, flows, and functions,brought to life with our all-new Orbit design language, powerful new editor features, smarter Astro enhancements, and (finally!) built-in document sharing.

✨ A Whole New Look with Orbit

Nova Docs v2 is the first full product release under our Orbit design system, a clean, expressive, and beautifully bold visual language that makes writing feel less like a chore and more like a creative experience.
Everything from the layout, colors, animations, and typography has been rebuilt for better accessibility, clarity, and flow.

✍️ The Editor You’ve Been Waiting For

We rebuilt the Docs editor from the ground up, making it more powerful and more comfortable.
You’ll notice a new toolbar that gives you the formatting you need when you need it, better image handling with drag-and-drop support, and full table editing.
Code blocks are now smart enough to highlight syntax, and we’ve added a real-time character count and stats bar to keep you on track.

🤖 Astro Got Smarter

Astro now lives in a beautifully redesigned sidebar, ready to help you mid-draft without getting in your way.
We’ve also improved the generation system (for full documents), made responses more consistent, and made it easier to track how much AI usage you have left each week.
All while laying the foundation for future AI-powered writing tools.

🔗 Document Sharing Has Arrived (Beta)

One of your most requested features is finally here: Sharing.
With v2, you can now generate public view links or share documents privately via email. Plus, you can see how many people have viewed your doc and revoke access anytime.
We’ve also created a brand-new viewer experience, clean, focused, and designed for reading.

Behind the scenes, we’ve made Nova Docs faster and more stable than ever before.
Docs load quicker, save more reliably, and respond better across screen sizes and lower-end devices.
Autosave has been improved, and new fallback systems make recovering your writing easier if something goes wrong.
